The crucial settlement rule
Under the traditional all-bets-lost treatment, a dealer blackjack can collect the original wager plus additional double and split wagers. Under original-bets-only treatment, the extra wagers are returned. Those are economically different games.
Supported benchmark
The calculator’s six-deck S17 ENHC profile assumes all split and double wagers lose to dealer blackjack. With DAS, no surrender, and the shared split assumptions, the cut-card house edge is 0.53727%.
